FEBRUARY EXAM

Hello Kids,

These are the dates for the February exam:

Friday February 15th   Oral exam:  About your visit to the Castillo de Chapultepec. If you don´t go to the museum, you have to investigate about this place.

Grammar exam:
1st and 2nd grades -  Monday February 18th
3rd grade  -   Tuesday  February 19th

Topics:
1.- Simple present
2.- Present continuos
3. What time is it?
4. Verbs
5. Prepositions

Homework:
2nd and 3rd grade  Finish  your answer to the book's e-mail, on page 17,  on your notebook.

BENJAMIN FRANKLIN WEEK - Oral January exam

Hello Kids,

This week is Benjamin Franklin's Week. You have to prepare an investigation about Benjamin Franklin to be presented in class on Friday January 18th.  This will be your oral exam.  You can ilustrate your presentation with: a cardboard, you can prepare a power point presentation, you can do  a cartoon. The ones that decide to make a power point presentation, remember to advise me one day before, in order to request for the projector.

Esta semana es la semana de Benjamin Franklin.  Deben preparar una investigación sobre Benjamin Franklin para ser presentada en clase el viernes 18. Esto será su examen oral de enero.  Pueden ilustrar su presentación con: una cartulina, hacerlo en power point, pueden hacer una caricatura. Recuerden que los que decidan hacerlo en power point deben avisarme un día antes para poder solicitar el proyector.

DECEMBER ORAL EXAM

Kids,

As mentioned in class, on December 11th will be the oral expression exam.  According to the writer choosen for you in class.  The presentation must have the following:
1. Biography of your writer.
2. The books written
3. What is it's most important book and what is it about.

Chicos,

Como mencioné en clase el examen oral de Diciembre será el día 11.  Este será sobre los escritores que escogieron en clase y su presentación debe contener los siguientes puntos:
1. Biografía del escritor
2. Mencionar los libros que escribió
3. Decir cuál es el libro más importante y de que se trata.

Pueden traer una imágen de su escritor para que sus compañeros lo conozcan y lo único permitido es traer una tarjeta con notas. No pueden leer lo investigado.

CHRISTMAS CARD

Hello Kids,

Don't forget to bring tomorrow the model and the message of  your  Christmas card, in order to be approved in class, so you can do the final card,  as mentioned on the blog days ago.

Recuerden traer mañana el modelo y el mensaje de la tarjeta que van a hacer, esto para ser revisada y aprobada y puedan realizar la tarjeta definitiva, tal como se mencionó anteriormente en el blog.

Remember that on November 30th  you have to bring the model of your Christmas Card  and the message written on your notebook.  In order to be approved and corrected if needed before you do the Christmas Card.  Remember that the Christmas card is for Decemer 7th.   Have a nice week!
