Hello Kids,
Below you'll find the spelling bee word list. You have to print it or copy on your notebooks. I'll check this on Monday, February 9th. On Monday we will start practising the words from the list, for the Spelling Bee contest.

Hello Kids,

I hope you have enjoyed your long, long weekend.  During this week we will study the following:

3rd grade: exam review, video activity (listening and oral expression), vocabulary.
Please bring dictionaries on Thursday, February 5th.

2nd grade: exam review, vocabulary, also will practise sentence order, and we will use tablets on Friday, February 6th. Don´t forget to bring your tablets  or  iphones on Friday.

1st grade: We will do the exam and exam review, new vocabulary and a listening comprehension exercise.

Espero hayan disfruado un largo fin de semana. Durante ésta semana estudiaremos lo siguiente:

3er grado: Se revisará el exámen, haremos una actividad de video (ejercicio de escuchar y expresión oral), vocabulario. El jueves 5 utilizaremos diccionarios, es importante que traigan diccionarios (inglés - español) a la clase.

2o grado: Se revisará el examen, veremos nuevo vocabulario, también practicaremos cómo ordenar enunciados. El viernes no olviden traer tablets o iphones, porque los utilizaremos.

1er grado: Haremos el examen y se revisará, también veremos nuevo vocabulario y un ejercicio de escuchar y contestar.

Hello Kids,

During this week we will study the following:

1st grade: Grammar: short answers. New vocabulary. Countable and uncountable nouns. Bring your colours or markers, on Friday 16th for the class activity.

2nd grade: We will practise written expression, vocabulary and grammar (present continuous).

3rd grade: We will practise grammar (short answers),  vocabulary, present continouos and oral expression. Don't forget to bring colours on Wednesday 14th, you can bring a magazine to cut pictures and glue. Also you'll need white paper. These material is for the activity scheduled on Wednesday.

1er grado: Gramática: respuestas cortas. Vocabulario. Contables e incontables. El viernes 16 deben traer colores y/o plumones para la actividad que realizaremos.

2o grado: Practicaremos expresión oral, vocabulario y gramática.

3er grado: Practicaremos gramática (respuestas cortas), vocabulario, presente continuo y expresión oral. Es importante que el miercoles 14 traigan colores, plumones, pueden traer una revista para recortar y pegamento. También necesitarán hojas blancas. Éste material es para la actividad programada el miercoles.

3rd grade: We will practise adjetives (comparative and superlative). Also we will do an oral and written activity on Friday.

2nd grade: We will practise description (people and places). Also will learn new vocabulary and on Friday we will do a game using adjectives.

1st grade: We will practise like + ing, can, can't and  on Friday we will use the tablets. Don't forget to bring your tablets, ipads or iphones on Friday 9th.

DECEMBER'S EXAM THURSDAY 11TH

Hello Kids,

December's exam will be on Thursday 11Th. The exam will be reading comprehension for all grades, below you'll find vocabulary lists of the words you will need to study for the exam. Please print them and paste the corresponding list on your notebooks, if you fullfil with this will have an extra point on this month's grade (will be checked on Tuesday 9th).  We will review these words in class before the exam date.

Congratulations to all of you for your works done for the Science and Technology Week.  All of you did an excellent job.

ENGLISH NOTEBOOKS

Hello Kids,

From this month the notebook and your class material (pen, pencil, colours, etc) will be graded each week. The students who bring, all the week, your notebooks complete, in good conditions and with the blue and plastic cover, with a label with your information; as well as your material to work in class, will have  5 extra decimals each week. The student who doesn´t fullfil  every classwith your notebook and complete material won't have this extra points, the decimals will be according to the days you bring your notebook and material to work in English class.

A partir de éste mes calificaré semanalmente que traigan su cuaderno y su material completo para clase (lápiz, pluma, colores, etc.) . Quienes traigan sus cuadernos completos, en buenas condiciones y forrados y etiquetados con sus datos; y quienes traigan su material completo todos los días de la semana, tendrán 5 décimas extra cada semana. Quienes no cumplan con su cuaderno completo y material no tendrán puntos extra. Los decimales extra serán de acuerdo a los días que hayan traido completo su cuaderno y material para la clase.
