BENJAMIN FRANKLIN WEEK - Oral January exam

Hello Kids,

This week is Benjamin Franklin's Week. You have to prepare an investigation about Benjamin Franklin to be presented in class on Friday January 18th.  This will be your oral exam.  You can ilustrate your presentation with: a cardboard, you can prepare a power point presentation, you can do  a cartoon. The ones that decide to make a power point presentation, remember to advise me one day before, in order to request for the projector.

As mentioned in class, on December 11th will be the oral expression exam.  According to the writer choosen for you in class.  The presentation must have the following:
1. Biography of your writer.
2. The books written
3. What is it's most important book and what is it about.

Como mencioné en clase el examen oral de Diciembre será el día 11.  Este será sobre los escritores que escogieron en clase y su presentación debe contener los siguientes puntos:
1. Biografía del escritor
2. Mencionar los libros que escribió
3. Decir cuál es el libro más importante y de que se trata.

Pueden traer una imágen de su escritor para que sus compañeros lo conozcan y lo único permitido es traer una tarjeta con notas. No pueden leer lo investigado.

Hello Kids,  Here is another photo of last Friday's class (1st grade),  on which we used the new techologies  like IPAD.  The video of the song of this class will be on youtube and you can watch it next Tuesday.  It's important to use  IPAD  in our class in order to get closer to English spoken countries and have better communication if we meet people from these countries .  On our next IPAD  classes  we will visit virtual museums  and  more songs  and videos.

Hola  Chicos,  Aqui hay otra foto de la clase del pasado viernes (1er año), en la cual utilizamos nueva tecnología como el IPAD.  El video de esta canción se subirá a youtube y lo podrán ver a partir del próximo martes.  La importancia  de usar el IPAD en nuestra clase, es para acercarnos a paises de habla Inglesa y adquirir mejor comunicación al tener contacto con personas de estos paises. Remember that September's exam will be next Thursday September 20th.  During this week we will review  the topics for the exam.  Don't forget  to study  all vocabulary  for spelling contest.  Have  a happy  week!   :)

Chicos,  no olviden que el próximo jueves 20 de septiembre será el examen mensual de Inglés.  Durante esta semana haremos  repaso de lo visto hasta ahora.  No olviden estudiar el vocabulario visto en clase, para el ejercicio de spelling.  ¡Que tengan una feliz semana!

REGLAMENTO Y EVALUACIÓN

REGLAMENTO DE LA CLASE DE INGLÉS BÁSICO.

Secundaria Benjamin Franklin

1. TRABAJAR CON RESPETO, NO HABLAR SIN PERMISO, NI GRITAR EN CLASE. SE DARÁN REPORTES A QUIENES FALTEN AL RESPETO A MAESTROS Y A COMPAÑEROS.

2. LOS ALUMNOS DEBERÁN PRESENTARSE CON SU MATERIAL COMPLETO, CUADERNO FORRADO CON PAPEL AZUL PLASTICO Y ETIQUETA DE LA ESCUELA. ESTOS SE REVISARÁN CONSTANTEMENTE.

3. NO ESTAN PERMITIDOS TELÉFONOS CELULARES, IPODS NI IPADS EN CLASE, A MENOS QUE SEAN REQUERIDOS POR LA MAESTRA PARA ALGUNA ACTIVIDAD ACADÉMICA. LA ESCUELA NO SE HACE RESPONSABLE DE CUALQUIER APARATO ELECTRÓNICO AJENO AL MATERIAL DE TRABAJO DE LA CLASE.

4. EL SALON DE CLASE DEBERÁ ESTAR LIMPIO TODO EL TIEMPO.

5. NO ESTA PERMITIDO COMER EN CLASE.

6. UTILIZAR PLUMA AZUL O NEGRA EN EL CUADERNO, ESTE DEBERÁ TENER TODOS LOS EJERCICIOS, AUN CUANDO EL ALUMNO LLEGUE A FALTAR A CLASE. EL CUADERNO DEBERÁ ESTAR CON BUENA PRESENTACIÓN.

7. EN EL SALÓN DE COMPUTACIÓN, LOS ALUMNOS DEBERÁN SEGUIR LAS INDICACIONES DE LA MAESTRA EN TODO MOMENTO. ÚNICAMENTE SE PRESENTARÁN CON CUADERNO Y PLUMA.

8. LOS ALUMNOS NO TENDRÁN PERMISO PARA SALIR DE CLASE, TAMPOCO PODRÁN PARARSE DE SUS LUGARES SIN PERMISO.

9. CUANDO SE PASE LISTA TODOS DEBERÁN ESTAR EN ÓRDEN Y EN SILENCIO. SI NO RESPONDEN SERA FALTA.

10. DEBERÁN ESTAR PUNTUALES EN EL SALON DE CLASES, YA QUE 3 RETARDOS SERÁN 1 FALTA.

11. CADA INICIO DE SEMANA LAS ACTIVIDADES ESTARÁN EN EL BLOG, PARA PODER VER FECHAS, RECORDATORIOS, TAREAS (ES IMPORTANTE QUE UTILICEN EL BLOG).

12. CUALQUIER PUNTO NO CONSIDERADO EN ESTE REGLAMENTO QUEDARÁ A CRITERIO DE LA MAESTRA Y DE LA DIRECCIÓN DE LA ESCUELA. PUDIENDO AGREGAR, QUITAR O MODIFICAR PUNTOS QUE SE CONSIDEREN NECESARIOS.

EVALUACIÓN MENSUAL.

LA EVALUACIÓN SERÁ MENSUAL Y SE TOMARÁ EN CUENTA DE LA SIGUIENTE MANERA:

1. EXÁMEN ESCRITO (Gramática, Lectura de comprensión, vocabulario) 50%

2. HABLAR INGLÉS 10%

3. DELETREAR 10%

4. TRABAJO EN CLASE Y TAREAS 20%

5. CONDUCTA 10%

SE REALIZARÁ UNA EVALUACIÓN CONTINUA QUE CONSISTE EN:

1. PARTICIPACIÓN EN CLASE

2. TAREAS

3. CONDUCTA

EL EXÁMEN FINAL SE PODRÁ EXCENTAR CON UN PROMEDIO MÍNIMO DE 9 Y A CRITERIO DE LA MAESTRA Y DE LA DIRECCIÓN DE LA ESCUELA.

Buenos dias a todos y a todas, espero que se encuentren super bien. Les comunico que después de estos exámenes, los siguientes serán más complicados ya que serán los más cercanos a los finales, recordandoles asi que no habra excentos asi que todos deberán de prepararse para los exámenes finales. Deben de estar al corriente con su cuaderno y con el libro. Gracias.

Estimados Padres de Familia:

Se les informa que el día de mañana 11 de mayo la salida será a las 10:30 a.m., para todos los alumnos, ya que los directivos y docentes tendrán su desayuno por el día del maestro. Así mismo, les informamos que el día de mañana será el examen de matemáticas y español para todos los grupos.

Es requisito indispensable la presencia de todos los alumnos para presentar dichos exámenes, ya que de no presentarlos el día arriba señalado, no tendrán calificación del 4º. Bimestre.

Les recordamos que las clases se reanudarán en horario normal el día miércoles 16 de mayo de 2012
